You could try using Paste Special to paste the HTML code into your
layout, but I think it will probably be a lot more maintainable if
you do the spreadsheet routine:
Save your table of people as a CSV file from your spreadsheet
application.
Draw a table on your page with the Table tool (the exact number of
rows and columns isn’t critical at this point, make it fairly small,
because it will grow like crazy).
Click into the top-left cell so that you have a flashing text cursor.
Select File / Import Text from the main menu, and navigate to your
CSV file. Change the Import picker to Comma delimited. Press Open.
You may see a dialog asking you to allow Freeway to expand the table
to fit the data. Okay that, and you should have a nice table to match
your data. You can click and drag the column separators to change the
width of each column, and if you have the table selected, you can set
it to collapse in height, either using the Height Can Shrink dialog
or by deleting the value from the height control in the Inspector
(depending on whether your table is drawn as a layer or not).
When your list changes in the future, simply delete all the rows
except the top one in your table, clear all the columns in the
remaining row, and import again. You won’t need to adjust the columns
or any other settings, and the new data will flow right in.

existing HTML code. I could take it from a speed sheet as well. I
have over 75 names of members for an associations website, small

efficient way to put the info onto a page and be done.
