I am building a site with rollover navigation buttons. In the initial/normal state I have an effect on the box–an inner shadow. When the mouse-over image appears that shadow goes away making the button appear to move/grow. I want to maintain that shadow effect on the box even when the mouse-over and click images come into play but I can’t figure out why that’s not happening.
Any advice would be appreciated. I was hoping there was a way to do this without building a shadow into the mouse-over and click images themselves because it’s difficult to get the sizing to match the normal state exactly and maintain the “no movement” appearance of the button.
