This is what I’ve learned about the CSS3 rollover action from ActionForge.
- It has three sets of properties: image, rolleover and transition.
- Basically you have one graphic which is being modified by the CSS3 action to create the effect of a rollover.
3.1) The Image properties of SIZE and OPACITY are applied to the graphic before the rollover.
3.2) The Rollover property is Opacity.
3.3) The transition properties of DURATION, ROTATION and DIRECTION - didn’t seem to have any effect (for me at least)
You can’t change the color of the rollover (either text or background) You can change the size and the opacity. There is a nice demo at: http://www.freewayactions.com/test/css3-rollovers/
