number of target images

I am using express. I have a stack of images and am setting them up as target images for a rollovers. When I go to “target image”, it only allows me 20 target images. Is that the limit? I would really like to have 28 or 30

If you use a different ‘colour’ group ie indigo, aqua, cobalt, chartreuse etc you can have 20 for each (with Pro) - I assume that Express is the same.
