Online database to manage membership of a small club

What are the subscriptions to? Is there any integration required to another software of any kind, or are you relying on logging into the phpMyAdmin interface, downloading a CSV file, and doing things manually with that?

There’s nothing wrong with using phpMyAdmin for even really stupid-large datasets. Certainly nothing wrong for 150 rows.

Hi all,

I wonder is anyone has used an online [/cpanel] database to manage a small club membership less than 150 people. And/or make recommendations either positive or negative.

I already have a website installed on the domain, and the website does not have to integrate with the database at all.

The database is intended to only provide people management, with fields for subscriptions/expiry date, contact details/phone/email/mobile, preferred contact methods.

It might be helpful to provide facilities to produce mailing labels and also email with attachments.

It will only necessary for administrators to login, but would also be useful to provide a user login facility for them to update their details.
