Opaque Color Over Another Image

I have 3 images:
(1) a photo of 2 people sitting on the grass
(2) a cutout PSD of just the 2 people
(3) a semi-opaque colored image (not a photo, but just color)

I cannot figure out how to get #1 in back, #3 on top of that, and #2 in front of everything. I’d appreciate any help you can provide.

Make sure that all images are layered items and that any with transparency are set to output as png, millions of colours.
