open my exhibeo files on another computer

I have exhibeo on my system and so does a coworker. I’d like to ask my coworker to edit the captions in my albums. Because I have so many, it’d be easiest if he can open my exhibeo files inside exhibeo on his system. So far the exhibeo files I’m sending him open blank… is there a way to do this?

I believe that Exhibeo works like Freeway does; instead of importing any images used, it links to the original file, meaning that if it can’t find the images where it expects them to be on your computer, it won’t work.

I can’t verify that this will work, but this is what I would try first:

  1. Compile a folder of all the images that you will use in Exhibeo in something like Dropbox or Copy.
  2. Create the Exhibeo file. Use the images files in the folder that you just made. When you save it, save it inside that same folder.
  3. Share the folder with your coworker. If he needs to add any images, remember to tell him to add them first to the shared folder, then drag them into Exhibeo.
