I have done some keyword modification and content modification, but it seems limited.

If you Google “vehicle wraps Charlotte NC” we currently score phenomenally well. Usually #1. My concern if that if I take over my own site and change hosting from Websites for printers to say, FatCow, will this affect my Google search results?
Any input and opinions much appreciated.

You are always going to get a good ranking for such a specific search term!
I would be more interested in how you fare for “vehicle wraps North Carolina”
The first thing I see when I visit your site is the Page Title of ‘Home’ as far as SEO goes this is meaningless!
Give you pages a meaningful title like ‘Franken Signs Vehicle Signage Charlotte, North Carolina’ - things like that will help your SEO far more than where it is hosted.

We are performing #1 on “Vehicle Wraps”, “Car wraps”, “Van Wraps” if you incoude Charlotte, NC. We are pretty busy, and I do not want to jeopardize that ranking, because it is making our phone ring.

We are not concerned about “vehicle wraps North Carolina”. Anyone more than 60 miles from me is going to get their wrap done there. Charlotte, NC is 2 million souls. More than enough business right here.
It took me a year or two to get my SEO where it is now. I have competitors who want to be where I am and I don’t want to give them a window to catch up.
I have heard Google likes to see updated websites. This is a major update.
Any more opinions?

I understand that - my point about ranking for a particular search term is that it is easy to be a Big fish in a small pond - the more specific the search the smaller the pond.
For ‘vehicle wraps Charlotte NC’ there are 163,000 results for me when there are 2.5M for ‘vehicle wraps North Carolina’.
Besides with 2 sites frankensigns.biz and monogramonster.com the new site is only going to add what you have already. Or are you planning on ditching one of these?

Monogram monster is just a place-holder until I make the transfer. I guess I should have mentioned that.
It was not easy to get tot he #1 spot. It took me years, and believe you me, if it was that easy, my competition would unseat me on a regular basis.
I am about to change servers from “Websites for printers.com” to FatCow. I am just concerned Google may rank me differently / lower.
