Page Borders

Hi maybe I did not find the right terminology but what I am trying to do is create a border around my page just inside the the page length and width. I tried a graphic border but obviously when you click anywhere inside of the page that is the only thing you can modify. So after some research I need some help on this one…Thanks Brian G.

Can one just simply create a thin border frame using the graphic tool with out any background color inside the box or outside and leave it at that? I tried it and so far no problems as I’m applying my other elements like copy, logo, images. It’s basically a rectangular rounded edged box where everything lies. Is it that ultimately the loading process might be slowed down or not work properly using a graphic box?

Hi Samantha,

Are you saying that you want to place all of the page content within a rounded graphic box?

HI,
you probably won’t be able to use a graphic tool for this. Use the method I detailed in the URL in my previous post.

Yes Todd. Thanks Paul I’ve used framepage some time back. I was hoping a new more simple solution had come forward…maybe in F5.
Thanks boyz.

well I did not want to start a new page all over so I just gave up for now , until there is a better and easier method . I did not want to have to move all my graphics around and then put them all back.I do not know why you cannot just make a border around anything without making it so complex. WellI guess that is why i sell automobiles instead of building websites. I enjoy doing it sometimes there is a bit of a learning curve…

Thanks for all the efforts Brian Gideon
