It seems to work fine, but ocassionally not work - which is frustrating. I set up three different error message pages. The problem seemed to be with invalid email addresses (even though they were valid).
I’ve tweaked a few things and it seems to be working again, but I don’t know what I’ve done and I’m concerned it will conk out again.
This is a difficult one to diagnose because your form processing page kilndriedlogs-go.php is a php page which means that we cannot see its contents to check whether it is correct or not without having FTP access to your server.
On the plus side the fact that it is working means that you don’t have to worry too much - it may have been a server error (now rectified) that caused your problem, rather than the form itself.
As long as you have an informative error page that includes an alternative means of communication that usually is enough if someone continues to have a problem submitting the form.
