PHP Feedback form

Hi.

I just posted my first message which was pretty long and it disappeared so I think FreewayTalk must have deleted it?

Here’s a shorter version.
Can you tell me if the PHP Feedback form action will work with PHP7?
The action has stopped working on a client’s web site since they changed to a secure server.
I have upgraded the action to 2.4.7 and set up a test page (listed below) and it doesn’t work there either.
It does work when the PHP version on the server is set to 5.3
(thanks to a very helpful person at ineedwebhosting)

Try using the “Send Form” Action instead…

Freeway Menu > Page > Page Actions > Send Form (This applies the action to the page)

Or

First select the html box your form is in…

Freeway Menu > Items > Actions > Send Form (This applies the action to the html box itself)

I will try the Send Form action on the page instead.
Is there a way of adding a ‘spam trap’ to that like the other action has?

Hi David,

I have just uploaded and tested the client’s site on my test area and it’s working with the Send Form action as you suggested.
I will tackle the live site next… fingers crossed.
