PHP feedback form

Just some advice required here. I have an email form which is set to send to 2 addresses (1 for the company, and 1 test one for me). The reply only comes through to 1 address. Would this be a server / host issue?

How did you add the addresses?

I don’t think it’s a problem with the form itself. I added addresses like this:

email@hidden, email@hidden, email@hidden

2 of the addresses receive the form, the one for the company itself does not. So I think it’s a problem with their emails. I was just wondering if anyone had experienced this and could offer advice. Or, I will just contact the host to see if there is a problem.

If the host that doesn’t get the messages is using Exchange server in place of a standards-compliant mail server, then that’s your problem right there. Ask a systems administrator to set a new MX record for the web server hosting the form, setting it’s priority as low as possible. This has worked for two of the Exchange servers I have had to wrestle with.
