You may have seen my PlaceKitten Action, which introduced me to this idea a few years ago, but I just discovered a trove of other services that provide images you can use in your layouts, anywhere you would ordinarily use an image. If you’re hand-coding a layout, you may want to slap some photos in place without going through the process of locating and sizing a suitable image.

Depending on the size you encode in the URL, you will (usually) get a different image in the same theme.
