I have a 7.5 by 5.5 custom page. I want to print proof this so it appears in the middle of the printed page, not the bottom corner.

There currently isn’t any way to set the margins of custom pages. The only workaround I can think of would be to copy your custom document, use the page size of your proofer and move everything to the center of the page.
