[Pro] 2 things... Vertical Alignment & Sticky Footer

Hello all,

Forgive me for repeating this, I know there are hundreds of threads floating around on these subjects but no easy-straight forward answers. Wondering if someone could post a tutorial or even step-by-step screenshots.

  1. Vertical & Horizontal Alignment… Making the website centrally aligned (vertical and horizontal) to the browser window. I did download and installed the “Vertical Align.fwaction” but haven’t had much luck.

  2. The “Sticky Footer”… I’m sure there’s an easy solution somewhere to achieve this. Kindly post or guide me to a tutorial link if it’s out there and works!

Many, many (many) thanks in advance.

Well, for the first part, just click on your page, go to the “paintbrush” tab in the Page Inspector palette and make vertical and horizontal to Center.

Unless I’m missing something.

Thanks Bob. I’m using FreewayPro 5.3.2 where just an option ‘align’ is available on Page Inspector. Which works fine for horizontal alignment, but can’t see any setting for vertical alignment.

Can you just use Center in Alignment?

I told you the Paintbrush Icon, but it’s actually the Page icon you click.

The Paintbrush Icon deals with the background image.

I have applied the setting for centre alignment on the ‘Page Inspector’, however it just centralises the page horizontally not vertically.

Page>Page Actions>Vertical Alignment

Then in the Action Inspector (with nothing on the page selected) choose Centre from the three options Top, Centre and Bottom

Done

I don’t seem to have that. Is that a standard Freeway Action?
