[Pro] a blog kind of thing

Hi All

The page in the example is made in wordpress. The client can log in and type text that after upload looks like a blog kind of thing (see the example and you see what I mean).

Can this also be done in freeway?

Regards,
Rob

There are several CMS add-ons that you can choose from in Freeway. This seems like something you could use Perch, Pulse, WebYep, sNews, … to do. You would make a template page, apply the relevant Action, and depending on how the CMS works, either deploy a separate interface page for the client, or add a little “log in” icon in the corner of the page. Client logs in, creates the content, there is no step 3.

Haven’t had any experience in doing this on Perch or WebYep but the Pulse Blog feature is dead easy to add to a FW page. http://pulsecms.com/

And even if you only use it for that 1 feature it is only $25

Well… Needles to say that the web yep action suite worked like a breeze after I followed Max tutorial. Now I’m experimenting further with it. It’s actually great fun.

Recommended.
