The box version is up on ActionsForge. It works exactly the same way as the inline version, only you apply it to the container HTML box.

Looks fine in FF 3.6.3 but in Safari 4.0.5 I am not getting it - if you select the text there seems to be some sort of shadow there but not the same as the FF version.

Your PNG has a color profile that’s changing the color of it in Safari (FF ignores profiles). For me the image is a lot lighter in Safari, the same color as the shadow basically.

The profile appears to be called “Dot gain 15%” according to the Finder.

Thats interesting Joe - didn’t know that about Safari.
My PS colour profile for greys was set to Dot Gain 15% and I didn’t realise.
I have reset it now to the presets for Europe Web/Internet.
I am sure that Keith will have a comment about what is best.
