Is there a way to have a transition iction that is on an icon that is on my index page, which was put on via the master page, but not have the transition action appear on the icos on any of the other 20 pages?
But also have that icon connected to the master in case I move it or something later?
Specifically- I have the icon on the index fade IN when you first load the page. Thos icons appear at the top of all pages. But then every time someone goes to another page I do not want those icons to fade in and out as it could be annoying.
I thought maybe- take the transition action off all pages and ONLY apply to index but I am not sure if this will then be telling the icons NOT to be connected to the master?

You could either use 2 Masters, one for the index only,
or
you could disconnect those items and take off the action in the rest of the pages, and every new page.

Thanks for responding Omar. I have since thought about 2 masters but I have never done it.
The problem I see though is if I move or resize the icon on MASTER 1, how will all pages that look to Master 2 also move or resize?
If I disconnect than when I make a change on the current master, none of the pages will show the change.
The problem is, the TRANSITION ACTION.
When I remove the action it also removes its connection to the master which I still want connected in case I resize or move, etc.
If I make a master 2, then ever ytime I do a change to master 1 I would have to duplicate that on Master 2??
