[Pro] Adding a Captcha to forms

Hi there

Wondering what is the best way for me to add a verification to my site to reduce spam mails being sent through my form. I now realize why it’s so important that sites have those captcha things because it is annoying to get so many spam mails!

I have a pretty standard php form running on the site I believe I got it from freeway actions

Any help is appreciate thank you!
