Hi,
I fear I may be missing very simple or obvious but can anyone tell me how I might be able to allow a user to move a (large) image around inside a regular html or graphic box? I want to place a large map on my site - ie much larger than the box - and allow the user to drag it around to see the parts of the map that are ‘hidden’. Pretty much like you can do in Google maps by ‘grabbing’ and moving the mouse around. Zooming in/out is not necessary, just the ability to see the hidden area.
Scrolling would be OK, I guess or maybe some kind of automatic scrolling whereby the mouse position would be detected at the edge of the box and prompt the map to automatically scroll in that direction…?
