[Pro] Background photo image fit to screen

Hi, I want a background photo image that fits the screen with a fixed sized box inside just like:- http://www.formoda.co.uk/

Can this be done in Freeway 5?

You will see the bg image that they have used

All you need to do is center a very wide background image – those
controls are in the Inspector. Tiling = off, Vertical = top,
Horizontal = center.
