I put this site together under FW4 or earlier, and updated it a bit using bgSupersizer to make it look more interesting at around FW5 or so. It’s just information for owners of a property in Tenerife. The action worked fine with a picture bg on most of the pages. The ‘design’ was unchanged for years, the only changes being to the contents of some of the downloadable documents. Then a few months ago when I went to change a document there were no bg images. Force republished under 5.6 - no change. Been without bg images since then. Now trying to fix it under 7.1.2 with bgSupersizer v 3.6.0
‘Resources’ under the Safari web inspector shows
index.html: 1 SyntaxError: Unexpected token ‘<’
after the first line.

‘Console’ under the Safari web inspector shows
2index.html:1SyntaxError: Unexpected token '<'

index.html:56TypeError: 'undefined' is not a function (evaluating '$.supersized')
Is bgSupersizer supposed to still work?
The layout looks odd because the text is supposed to be over the areas of the bg images where there is sufficient contrast for the text to be readable.
Nothing complicated other than the Navigation Bar and Navigation Map actions, download actions and a Perl script for the diary.
