My guess is that you accidentally linked to the internal page that you used to create the blog template code, instead of linking to the actual blog URL (http://mytestproof.blogspot.co.uk). The latin gibberish is only on that internal page. Although it sounds like you already checked the links, I’d recommend double-checking them.
Also, the blog link in the header is pointing to #nil, so that link must be malformed too.
