Ok awesome. My next question is, can it it be a sub folder or does it have to be on main root
for instance: www.hgrantdesigns.com
or could it be : www.hgrantdesigns.com/pulse

I’ve used Pulse in a sub-folder without issue.

Ok cool. First I need to figure out if my friend wants to build it and if he does then I may not have to use pulse, as he uses wordpress. But for me, if client wants to change the information on pages, and I just add the pages, pulse might be way to go into of wordpress. You can’t really tell the difference

The difference lies in how the content editor/admin expects/wants/needs to interact with the system. All these systems exist to do essentially the same thing: add/edit content. Where they differ is, in part, how they go about that process. The CMS user-experience will vary greatly depending on what the system is tasked with accomplishing.

Oh yeah, totally agree. I am trying to install pulse and having a hard time doing so. I downloaded Pulse CMS and i tried logging in and nothing happens
