[Pro] Blogger Actions Problems

Talkers,

I’m having a problem with my blogger template with the blog posts overflowing the box that I have set up for them. You can see it at: http://anson-s.blogspot.com/ (it’s all Lorem Ipsum right now).

If you are so inclined, you can download the freeway file from here: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/55769872/Anson%20S%20Blog.zip

Am I doing something wrong, or do I just need to keep the blog posts shorter than the box that I sketch in?

Hi Caleb,

try this:

Huhh - never used dropbox - pretty cool, should keep it in mind.

Hope this helps you out.

Cheers

Thomas

Now I have to ask, how did you do it?

the key is to build a little “inline stuff”. I wrapped your content and footer into a content-wrapper div.

I btw forgot a little thing you should do now:

Activate the element view in the sidebar. Choose the content box, go inspector first tab and set it clear both. Repeat this step for the footer. I forgot this to do.

I once wrapped this in a small screencast so in a silent minute have a look at:

Nothing high rated but it should make clear the way I did.

Cheers

Thomas, thanks for the videos, please keep them up!

For your information I haven’t been able to get them to load in Safari? (Ok in Firefox)

(Sorry for the hijack of the thread)

Hmm - that’s true (never had an eye on).

I usually am on Chrome so I often do not double-check the other webkit one. Anyway I’m not really sure how to solve (very disappointing … )

Thanks for pointing

Cheers
