First, have you followed the directions on the Backdraft Docs page?
If you have, could you upload the site somewhere and send me the link? I’ll need to see the code to find out what the hitch is. Feel free to send the link via the support form if you don’t want to have it public.

Hi I am having a problem with Thumblie I have followed the instructions but keep getting a javascript error “el has no properties”

Has someone found a solution to this problem? I am getting the “el has no properties error” on my Freeway Pro 7 site (Exhibeo 1.1.3, Java 8 Update 65). Cannot publish. Any advice would be sincerely appreciated.

First, make sure you are running the latest version of the Exhibeo Import action: Exhibeo 2 » Easy-to-use web gallery app for Mac
If this doesn’t solve it, you might want to send your file to Softpress and see if they have anything to say. It seems like this bug is associated with using the Exhibeo Import action as an inflow item.
