I need some help with the box-shadow I’m applying to the boxes on this page. I want there to be a shadow on the left, right, and bottom of the white box with the home illustrations in them, but not on the top where they touch the orange bar.
How can I do that?

Here is what I think an attractive solution for you:
.border3 { box-shadow: 0px 6px 12px -5px #666; }

Nice. Thanks Ernie.
What color do you prefer for the bars, orange or dark gray? See the updated page.

I prefer the same plywood background as in the breadcrumb, or a color to
approximate - #EFB56B.
The logo green and blue are considered analogous colors - that is, they
would fall close to each other on the color wheel. The orange is a
“complimentary” color to the blue - it will be opposite it on a color
wheel. Used in small amounts, as in the type at the top, is fine - but I
think using it in those bars diminishes the blue/green relationship and
becomes quite distracting. It emotionally charges the layout which is
otherwise tranquil and earthbound.

Hmm. I hadn’t thought of using the plywood. I’ll give that a shot. Thanks!
BTW, I’m having the same “mysterious space” problem with this page, only on this page, with Show Invisibles turned on, I cannot see the paragraph symbol. I do see the space in FWP, but I cannot delete it.

I managed to delete the extra space in one of the boxes, but I have no idea how I did it. So I ended up simply copying that good box 9 times.
How embarrassing.
Softpress really needs to do something about that.

Oops! Sorry. Had to rename the page. Here’s the new link: http://rcb.idealynx.com/our-homes.php
I see the space Dave. I just don’t know how to get rid of it.

Those ones are the same issue with the p tag wrapping a carriage return but the extra white band in the Divs on the about.php page is not so obvious!

I’ve been able to locate the extra white band ones. I can even [Shift] + [Right Arrow] select it, but every time I try deleting the extra space, Freeway Pro crashes.
Something else that may be contributing is the positioning and styling of those particular boxes are coming from a inline Master Page.
Is there anyway to completely rebuild the Freeway Pro document to get rid of any corruption?

I’m not sure Kelly, my experience is only to bash away problems it until
they submit. Might be a good idea to take a break then come at it again
with a freshened point of view.
If the Master Page is involved, then it may seem like a good thing to
disengage it - except that may make things worse? I’ve no idea how to tame
that thing.

I got frustrated and simply deleted the boxes in the master, not knowing what would happen. Thankfully, it left everything in place in the linked pages, although all items were renamed.
I discovered a few things that may have been contributing to my issues. First, I had all of the images set to “Align to baseline.” Why, I have no idea. Changing them to “Align to Top” helped the spacing issues, a little.
Anyway, once again I found myself struggling with the extra space. I finally caved and did the only thing I know that’ll get rid of it, at least for me. That was to put the graphic item within an html item.
(Should I being using the term graphic div and html div?)
Anyway, that does the trick every time. I don’t know why I can’t get it to work like you Ernie, but I can’t. Perhaps I’m just too dense.
