Hi Jordan,
There is an Action called Navigation Bar that will automatically create a breadcrumb navigation list for you - it could do with a little updating and requires the site to be laid out in a particular way (i.e. using folders and a hierarchical structure). Take a look at the Freeway Reference guide for more details (page 364)
