[Pro] breakpoint media overlay problem

I updated to freeway pro 7.1.2 recently as suggested by a post I received not long
ago. I had a crash and found the site and it’s backup in the download folder, don’t
know why it’s there except maybe Freeway sent it there when it crashed. I need to move it,
where should it be?
Also, the new pages I have made since upgrading behave slightly differently. When making
responsive break points, the red mask area doesn’t go away when you go from default to the
other sizes, it stays there as does the page color at the default width. When viewed in a browser,
the page responds to making the browser window smaller to trigger the response. Is this a change
or is some setting wrong; I have checked everything, can’t figure it out. Also, the media settings
box doesn’t always show the media breakpoints, as if they weren’t even there.
I tried opening the file in 7.0.4 and received a message “can’t open
because file format is bad.” All the pages made in 7.0.4 appear to be working as expected, just having trouble with the new pages made in 7.1.2.

I sent one or two messages to your support team, one from the softpress site just now, but I don’t see anything about email@hidden.
Forgive me if I seem to be way behind the times, but I don’t know
where or what email@ hidden is or how to use it.

Oh sorry - I forgot FreewayTalk hides email addresses. It should have been: support(a)softpress.com

Ouch. I realized I had omitted entering the breakpoint value
manually when changing from one to the other,.Duh. Still fuzzy on the crash, and how the files came to be in the download folder. As I recall now, when highlighting the zip file in the download folder prior to movingit, the download opened and placed itself onto the hard drive before I even moved it. There are three versions of Freeway in different folders autoloaded in similar fashion. I had left them where they are till now, but ,since they don’t seem to built ontop each other, will probably delete the older ones and stick with the newest. So, one problem"solved", 7.1.2 working normally, just bad memory interferingwith the progress. Next project will be plan-
ning a simple shopping cart. Thanks.
