After some small discussion about browser compatibility with new and unfamiliar HTML5 tags, I had the desire to see just how flexible browsers are with applying familiar techniques (CSS styles) to unfamiliar tags.
I understand that HTML shares some things with XHTML, that there are ways to define non-standard tags for browsers, but it seems to me that post IE8 browsers are all displaying more flixibility than I would have imagined.
