Has anyone out there got a solution to, or the code required for, linking a page button to QQ chat?

I tried hacking code from a Chinese site but it only works in Explorer on the PC (obviously). So very uncertain results at this stage!

Here is what I have so far:

tencent://message/?uin=1518430996&Site=jane&Menu=yes
