[Pro] calendar/dates for client to update

Hello,
I hope someone can help me…
I have a client who has a holiday home in Florida he wants to rent out, and he wants me to design the website, but he wants to be able to edit it himself to some extent, especially the calendar to show availability etc., and also maybe some price editing.
Any way I can do this?
Please make it as idiot-proof as possible as I am just a simple graphic designer!!

Google Calendar for that part and a CMS like WebYep, Perch, Pulse etc. for the text/price edits.

Pulse for example allows you to enter a block of editable content on a FW page which the client can then edit using a Browser - have a look at http://pulsecms.com/
