  • Background : Use the Background Supersizer Action for the obvious effect.
    Background Supersizer - ActionsForge
  • Top/Menu :
  • Menu : 100% width / padding 30px top and bottom, 100px left and right / non-repeating background-image (the logo) / background-position : 100px (from left) 50% (vertically centered)
  • Background-color DIV’s : rgba(255,255,255,0.8)
  • Content : DIV width 60%
  • And so on …

Somebody did an example of one of these a few weeks back, I’m hoping they’ll raise their hand. It’s a dynamic scroll effect, and it can be very powerful.
