[Pro] Can this be done in Freeway?

David,

Interesting, I want to try this to see if I can get my css menu drop downs to overlay a flash gallery embedded in an iframe. Where and how is this code inserted on the page?

You can put HTML items over Flash by using

This will punch a hole in the Flash movie giving the appearance of
Flash movie being behind a HTML item - when its just punching a hole
in the Flash top layer.

The problem is that Flash, being plug-in content, rises to the top
and it is difficult to get any standard html over the top of it,

If you want Flash underneath for reliability then you will need
Flash on top.

This won’t work, but not because David’s code is wrong, but because
you can’t overlap an iframe (just as you can’t overlap a regular frame).

If you redesign your page without the iframe, you can add the
wmode:transparent key/value pair in the Flash object by selecting your
Flash movie, choosing Item / Extended from the main menu, and clicking
on the Embed tab of the resulting dialog. Click New, enter wmode in
the Name field, transparent in the Value field, and Okay out of the
stack of dialogs.
