I am coming from Freeway Express 6 and now have Freeway Pro 7… Before on express I was using Showcase, and bought Exhibio because I thought I could get some nicer slideshows in there which I probably will once I figure it out but for once, can I reduce the amount of padding?
I tried selecting padding “none” in FW but it doesn’t do anything. If you look @ my portrait-people page you’ll see how its just the images with a small border which to me looks cleaner.
In Exhibeo Showcase, you set the window size and Exhibeo then fits your
image into that space. So wide or tall images have extra space - this isn’t
padding in the technical sense.
There are other Exhibeo themes that aren’t based on a fixed image space and
work better for mixed wide or tall images…
When I use the Slideshow theme (same site, home page) I start with an empty
Photoshop image set to whatever window size I set in Exhibeo at 144ppi (or
larger res but same aspect ratio). Then I import my slide images, resize
and position them to fill the area. Next, export them separately as new
jpgs then import them into Exhibeo.
