This means that the resources (images, looks like) that you placed in your Freeway layout have moved on your Mac from the last time that you published this document. There’s an interface in Freeway to help you “find” them again. From the main menu, choose Edit / Resources. You will see a tabular list of all the resources in your document. The status header can be clicked to sort the list, so you see all the missing items at the top. Click on one of the missing resources in the list, and then click Edit, and in the sub-dialog that appears, click Locate. Navigate in your Mac’s filesystem to the location of the file. If what has happened is that ALL of the files have moved in a chunk, say if you moved the entire folder full of images used in this document to a different disk drive, then once you locate the first missing file, all the others will be adjusted automatically to match. If you moved the files one at a time to different locations, then that feature won’t be able to reunite images in bulk with their new locations. But it’s nice when it works.

Great! That worked for most of the missing files but now I have other files that say they are “detached”. They are:
demystified-web.psd Master 1,
demystified-web.psd Master 2,
demystified-web.psd Master 3,
demystified-web.psd Master4,
demystified-web.psd On The Trail…

There’s another interface for this. Edit / Actions will show you all the Actions installed in your copy of Freeway, and will indicate which of them is in use. You may have applied the Action to a Master Page, and you removed the child page made from it.
