[Pro] can't see rest of page at bottom

My left col-div expands (textwise) down and pushes the footer nicely even further down - so far so good.

The thing is I can’t access rest of the page at bottom, ie. below 1300 px, I wanted to edit this part. Same if in FRW 50% view, but in Preview it is there.

Why does FRW behave so wierdly!

Thank you for advice.

have you tried making your page deeper? Goto the first tab in the inspector and make the second box 3000pxl for example

Goto the first tab in the inspector
and make the second box 3000pxl for example

did that, FRW: “the value entered is out of range + has been constrained.”
(this was for the left inline-div-column),

and although I had changed the Master’s height in the document setup to 3000px , which btw; didn’t change anything at all.

So - still the same …

If your page has become detached from your Master you’ll need to change the height on the child page too.

Could these problems have to with my somewhat oldish computer, a G5 PPC with 4GB RAM? (year 2006)

I added the greater height of 3000px to both the Master and the child-page in the Document setup.

But both Master and child don’t “bother” much, they still keeps the old 830px height, so this is also strange, isn’t it.

Then I tested to add a line of text step-by-step adding another line; footer was pushed down alright, even beneath 830px and further until the end of the FRW page at 1370px, from there I could not see the rest of the page; same with 50% view in FRW,
but when I preview it in FRW / Safari it’s ok, ie. the footer and the whole left-col div is visible.

Strange!

Solved!

Had two Masters, 1 and 2

Changing the Doc setup only affected Master1 not 2

( So it’s not my old computer.)

thanks for the assistance,

Omar
