Is there a definitive thread for instructions and the latest download for the carousel action?

The latest download for most Actions is the ActionsForge. http://actionsforge.com

There are instructions on the Forge, and there is a link there to a
more instructions and a downloadable demo document.

I think I found updated instructions on a thread in here and got the latest build from AF. Though, the build number listed doesn’t match the version when I “get info” on it.

Look at the version number at the bottom of the action palette when you apply it to get it accurately.

That’s normal (the version number) because the version has to relate
to the outer bundle, rather than the individual Actions inside it. Try
looking in the bottom-right corner of the Actions palette when you
have selected an item that has the Action attached to it. That will
show the exact version of the current Action. (There are a lot of
Actions combined inside the outer shell.)
