[Pro] Carousel

I am a relative novice - so please bear with me on this. I have written two versions of my website - a perfect one with frames and a mid section of carousel but I know I can get individual html pages via this method. The second one which I can live with (as individual web pages are cruicial to my site)- without frames but still with a mid section with carousel. On this version how do I stop the the page jumping up when I click on the carousel tab. Although it does link to the correct carousel pane, the whole page jumps up to place the carousel at the top of the screen.

If the Carousel Action is causing this effect (jumping to the carousel
area) on your page, then there is a JavaScript error somewhere. Can
you post a link? The normal way that this system works is to cancel
the browser’s default action (jumping to an anchor) when the link is
clicked. The fact that it is not doing this means something else is
interrupting the Action code.
