I am a graphics designer with little knowledge of html.
I made this site for a client who sells postcards.
But I’m having problems with bandwidth using the carroussel action. The action seems to load all images of my gallery on pageload. I tried using the show/hide layer action but it is the same result.
Each gallery is an iframe that loads 1 gallery, visitors can click the button to go to next page.
Is there a way to only load the first gallery when opening the page? Thanks in advance.
Not with Carousel. But the ScriptyFader Action is designed to remove all but the first image/html pane from the page, and load it “lazily” after page load. The effect is different (image fading in, rather than wiping over). Give that a try and see how it works.
