[Pro] Changing Resources to S3

I have an old site that has some bit rot I am correcting.

At the same time, I want to move the larger images/videos from the host’s server onto S3. This is trivial when the link is a download link.

But how does one redirect a resource? The example page has a number of images that I would like to host on S3, and I don’t want to have to rebuild the page.

thanks.

If you have already uploaded these larger resources to S3, and you know their public URL, then you can simply select the image box in Freeway, press Command -B to clear the current content, then use the Output tab of the Inspector to change the Type to URL, and paste in that full URL. Nothing else needs to be done, unless you are sizing these images to fit a layout. In that case, you must use the Item / Extended interface to add width and height attributes. It should also be noted that these images will become empty rectangles in your layout, so this is a step best taken last.

That seems to work well for images in the page proper. But the example page uses scriptylightbox, and the action inspector only allows me to choose from my own files.
