how do i set up so that when i click an image it will enlarge but in another smaller window.

There are a couple of Freeway actions that will help you with this:
http://www.actionsforge.com/actions/view/90-mooslimbox
and ‘Pic in New Window’ (built-in action).
Slimbox produces a ‘nicer’ effect.
