Help! I’m creating a small website for a cancer patient charitable group, and one of the requirements is that text can be edited by a third party. I know I can’t use Contribute, but does anyone know of a simple solution - bearing in mind that I have average web-building skills. Any advice would be much appreciated, Thanks Richard Surman

There are any number of CMS that can do this including Web Yep, Perch and Pulse but to better advise you we really need to know the extent of the editing that will be required.
Is it to add snippets to a page, modify headers, modify and or create menus and or pages?
Tell us what is required and we can point you in the right direction.

Hello David,
Thanks for your reply. It’s simply that we need to change text in the
news and events part of the site, and to upload downloadable documents
e.g. membership application PDFs, summaries of conferences etc… Is that
a bit clearer?
many thanks Richard
