[Pro] Collaborative Project - HOW?

I am designing a website for a local non-profit. Once it is completed, is there a way to have the regular updates to the site maintained by 3-4 of their staff, using their own computer? In other words, what if the Freeway site was stored on their office server (not to be confused with a hosting provider - it will be hosted elsewhere).

If each of the folks have a licensed copy of Freeway on their Mac, would it be possible for them to collaboratively keep the site updated via the copy stored on their shared server? Has anybody tried anything like this? Is it even possible?

Include a CMS system (like WebYep) in the site for them to manage the site on the web server remotely via a browser. The Freeway file remains with you.

Yes, you can work like this, as long as you are scrupulous about also storing any images or other external resources on the same server as the Freeway file. Open the Freeway file directly from the server–don’t copy it to your desktop before opening it. Don’t link in any files from one or another of the computers’ local storage and you will be fine. I do this all the time, moving from my big Mac Pro on the third floor to my laptop on the porch.

You could also try using http://www.dropbox.com, and long as (as Walt says) all the resources are kept in same relative place in dropbox it should work.
