Can someone tell me why when i submit my contact for on my website it returns saying The following information was submitted from a form on csdesignmtl.com: there is no other information. My website is csdesignmtl.com. Will greatly appreciate help. Also if you can tell me what is the best way to set up my dvd demos. They are 30meg file in quicktime.

Your form looks as though it is set up correctly, but try removing the Action from your form table and applying it to the entire page. Click once on the form table, see if the Actions palette shows the PHP Feedback Form Action, and make note of any settings you made in the Action. Then click the little (x) in the tab to remove it from the table. Click elsewhere on the page (so nothing is selected) and choose Page / Actions / PHP Feedback Form. Then re-apply the choices you noted earlier. That should work.

I would be inclined to remove the validation action(s) from the fields and try it without them first.

Save them as mp4 and use Walter’s new SublimePlayer action http://actionsforge.com/actions/view/248-sublimeplayer
