The element “wrapper-bottom” is stealing all of the clicks. Check to make sure that the layers aren’t out of order, or if your form is designed inline, that the overflow is set properly on all of the other peer elements within the same parent element.

Erik, it looks like a layering issue. The html item “wrapper-middle3” is
sitting over the html item the form is in (“item2”).

If you look at the Site/Page pane, you should be able to see the hierarchy
of all the items on your page. The lower in the list equals higher in the
sorting order, so you need to find a way to get “item2” to be lower than
“wrapper-middle3”. Sometimes it’s as easy as selecting the item then using
the Bring Forward or Send Back menu commands, but it really depends on how
you constructed your layout which I cannot tell from here.
