[Pro] content floating over background

I saw there were comments about how to do this but they are 5 years old. Could I get a current (5.0) instruction on this? Making the background stationary and letting the content float on top…i.e. endless page.

It’s as simple as this. Set your background image and position using the
Page inspector in Freeway Pro. Uncheck the box marked “Background Scrolls”.
