Can someone please help with the current law/requirement in UK for “use of cookies statement” on websites. Quite often I am seeing these statements on websites - all seem to vary a lot. I don’t even know what cookies I am really using in web creation. Sorry (more of a Graphic than Web designer). Could this be a possible subject for a Freeway action.

Hi Trev,
Although it doesn’t handle cookie management itself the Cookies Info Action (http://www.actionsforge.com/actions/view/259-cookies-info) adds a whole load of information to your page about what cookies are and how they are used. The information comes direct from the Gov.uk site.
