[Pro] Could not read graphic bec file format is bad.

Hi and good day,

Suddenly I’m getting the above message. But which graphic? “bad” in which way, I’ve had different extensions without problems. psd gets converted anyway.

Cut away the main graphic, still same error. This on a page which was ok all along.

Any clues please , -

which graphic? “bad” in which way

Usually means a corrupt source file - open the original in PShop or similar and save it again then reimport.

a corrupt source file

A small graphic was missing on the page where the Publish process got stuck.

I was misled because the error: ” bec file format is bad” is misleading kind of.

Anyway thank you David, I’m glad it’s working again!
