My only-just-upgraded to FW7 has just crashed - out of the blue, and taking a whole day’s work with it… I was building a picture gallery with rollovers. Anybody experienced this? Any possibility of recovering the lost work? And how to ensure it doesn’t happen again?

A whole day’s work? Did you save (Command-S) along the way at some point?
If you look in the folder where your file is there should be a .fwbackup file. Or you could use time machine?

Or use something like DropBox (yuck) Mega or Sync and build your website WITHIN one of those apps and as you are building the site, every time you hit the save button, the save is also uploaded to that app’s cloud!
